The world of incredible beverages led me to combine two delicious fruits, peach and green apple, an exotic combination that seduces the palate and also offers a refreshing juice that is beneficial to health. In the kitchen, it's just a matter of being creative and mixing different flavors. In my case, I enjoy the balance between sweetness and the acidity of citrus fruits, which is why I look for alternatives to prepare drinks that can be enjoyed on hot days.
Ingredients:
- 5 peaches
- 1/3 green apple
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 liter of water
Procedure:
The little bee wanted to try the apple, so she needed one more ingredient to make this drink. Every day she gets more and more creative, and I couldn't refuse her request because otherwise she wouldn't let me publish this post.
I washed the fruit and proceeded to peel it. Then I cut it into medium-sized pieces.
I put a pot with enough water (1 liter) on the stove to boil the fruit. Five minutes was enough to soften them, a quick process due to their characteristics.
I removed them from the heat, let them rest, and when they cooled, I blended them until I got a thick juice. Then I added two tablespoons of sugar. I like juices with this consistency, very similar to a compote.
The next step was to pour it into glasses and add ice to suit each family member's taste. I put mine in the freezer for a while to enjoy it cold and without ice.
This time, the combination was very good. Sometimes we think that two fruits are not compatible, but when we dare to put them together, we discover new flavors that brighten our day. Incredible drinks are out there, waiting for that ideal combination to come to light.

El mundo de las bebidas increíbles me llevó a unir dos frutas deliciosas, durazno con manzana verde, combinación exótica para seducir al paladar y además ofrecer un jugo refrescante y beneficioso para la salud. En la cocina solo es cuestión de ser creativos y mezclar diferentes sabores, en mi caso me resulta agradable el equilibrio entre el dulce y el ácido de los cítricos, por tal razón busco alternativas para preparar bebidas que se disfruten en momentos calurosos.
Ingredientes:
- 5 duraznos
- 1/3 manzana verde
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar
- 1 litro de agua
Procedimiento:
La pequeña abeja quería probar la manzana, por eso le faltaba una parte para realizar esta bebida, cada día es más ocurrente y no pude negarme a darle porque de lo contrario no me permite hacer esta publicación.
Lavé las frutas y procedí a quitarles las conchas. Luego dividí en pedazos medianos.
Coloqué una olla con suficiente agua (1 litro) para sancochar las frutas. Cinco minutos fueron suficientes para que estuvieran blandas, proceso rápido debido a sus características.
Retiré del fuego, dejé reposar y cuando se enfrió licué hasta obtener un jugo espeso. Posteriormente, añadí las dos cucharadas de azúcar, me agradan los jugos con esta consistencia, muy cercana a una compota.
El próximo paso fue servir en vasos y agregar hielo al gusto de cada miembro de la familia. El mío lo puse en el congelador un rato par disfrutarlo frío y sin hielo.
En esta oportunidad la combinación estuvo muy buena, a veces, pensamos que dos frutas no son compatibles, pero cuando nos atrevemos a juntarlas, descubrimos nuevos sabores que nos alegran el día. Las bebidas increíbles están allí, esperando por esa mezcla ideal para salir a la luz.
