Beetroot and carrot 2 layer Juice

Hello everyone
This is first time I am making Beetroot juice. You know beet root is much important for human health. Simply this beetroot is not much available in local market. After a long time I got this in local market so I make my mind to make beetroot juice and carrot juice mixed but in 2 layer. This is first time I try this kinds of layer juice

Benefit

*Everyone know about this benefit of carrot juice and I am already post a blog about carrot juice. So today I am talk about beetroot. Beetroot is full of antioxidants so this fight for damage cells and also make skin more good and healthy. Its fight against cancer sell and also for heart disease. Its give us full of stamina when we are doing different type of exercise and also help for lower blood pressure.

Test

Now you get two types of test . because I am making this in two layer. You can mixed this juice or and you get a different test beetroot and carrot in a same time. Or if you want to drink in layer then you get a different test. At first beet root and then carrot. Both are testy . its depends of you which type you like.

Some ingredient

1. Beetroot half piece
2. Carrot 4 piece
3. Sugar 2 table spoon
4. Black salt
5. Spice powder half spoon

Steps

At first starting with beet root. I am cleaning its upper part. Then make this in small piece. You know its important because I am going to blend this beetroot. So I take all this in a blender jar.

Now adding half spoon of spicy masala, black salt and also 1 spoon of sugar and half glass of water.

Now blend this very smoothie . you know I am using high speed and some time low speed to make this smoothie .

Now taking this in a glass using strainer to filter this. You now beetroot is much strong that it need to add strainer to filter this and taking in a glass.

Well now carrot part. I am taking 4 piece of carrot and using a chopper to make this small pieces and then take this in a blender jar.

Now I am adding 1 spoon of sugar and also some masalas, black salt. and half glass of water.

Finally I am going to blend this properly. Using high and low speed now its totally good and very smoothie. For this time I am not going to use any strainer. as usual I am making 2 layer so in first layer I am taking carrot juice .

I am taking a glass and taking half glass of carrot juice here. Now I am taking beetroot juice in this blass but very care fully that I can make a layer . simply beet root juice is lite so its always in top so its done. And I am making to layer juice.

Now i am adding a small piece of beetroot to decorating and display this better. Now our two layer beetroot and carrot juice is ready.
