We are changing the way Legion works
A lot of you will know that when you stake Legion it earns you hive at the end of every month. We are changing this after this month's send out. @bala41288 is in the middle of sending out this month's quota right now, but after that we will be switching this to daily drips. This enables us to keep a much closer eye on our budgeting.
Recently, as the bear has been getting more and more angry, we have seen our income dwindle and our assets decline in price, and as we try and survive the next year we think changing drips to a standard 30 hive per day for everyone should make things a lot more manageable without having to go into the red every month. By switching it to 30 Hive per day we can easily keep track of this and not have to come up with whacking great sums at the end of the month - a feat that has been hard to maintain.
That being said, upkeeping a standard quota of 30 Hive per day for Legion holders should be easy to maintain between most of the accounts that work for Legion. This is going to also be good for community members that believe in Legion because to reap the benefits you will have to keep them staked all the time, and those that don't will forfeit their rewards to someone else.
But that's not all.
There is no more Legion for sale from us
To get a handle on the airdrop we had over the first half of the year we've decided to not sell any more Legion whatsoever. And we are slowly buying our tokens back to manage the inflation. So far @legionbuybacks has bought over 3000 Legion back from the market and will continue to do so over the next few months.
This means that you guys will be playing with what's out there. Our sale doors are firmly shut and wont be opening again for quite a while. At least not until we can get rid of all the loose coins.
So right now, no more Legion inflation until we gain control over current numbers.
