Now that is so weird... I def voted on this with dynamicsteemians. I wonder what is going on with these proposal votes. This is third time reviewing and voting on them from my 4 accounts thanks for heads up!

We finally found the reason why: although you have actually voted for the proposal with your account, you have defined a proxy on it which means that all decisions concerning governance (witness votes, proposals votes) are no longer yours unless you control that proxy account.
It turns out that your proxy (dynamicgreentk) does not support our proposal. This explains it.
