Killing The Expectations | War For The Peace

in BDCommunity3 years ago

Like everyone else I also want others to behave to me as I wanted. It’s just a common situation, but the depth of it could vary as How much we wanted that person to treat us up to our expectations. I’m not Buddha, So I can’t just believe that expectations are just something bad. I don’t know about others, but I don’t how to not expect anything from anyone. When we expect nothing from anyone we start to ignore that one. There will be cases that contradict this statement. There is this kind of scenario in most places, no single statement could be true at all times.

Things can’t be done in an opposite way also, like to expect nothing from a person, we can’t forcefully ignore that person. At the time of that ignorance, we are also expecting some kind of reply action from them. So the problem still exists. There are also cases with people, we don’t care much about, in those cases even if they didn’t come up to our expectations we are ignoring them.

I want the answer for the scenario where I care a lot about the person just opposite to me, How could I deal with the effects of their behavior. As I said before it is hard to expect nothing from a person, why is that? I think this is why? could lead us to more depth answers. What is an expectation? An expectation, that will be something good we want. It could a physical thing or in most cases, it could be a certain behavior.

Before going deep into these questions, we could check from where all these expectations arise. It starts from the past experiences we had with that person or any other person. This expectation may even start even before we start to know the person. There are tons of past experiences that could make us expect.

So what are these expectations, why do we want that? Maybe because we can’t get that from anywhere else or we believe that we can’t find it from anywhere. All these are going inside our brain, still, the answer isn’t getting. How we will be acting without expectations, we will be bored and interactions become boring and the things we do may seem like some kind of a job.

So the answer lies in how much we expect and handling the situation. I can’t find a global way to deal with all these. The best way now I think is to analyze the problem through all of its sides and coming up with a solution that perfectly fits, so eventually, after that, we could derive a global concept out of it. Each action we take to control expectations maybe not going to end up well. The actions we put on the wrong way will always make the expectations more.

The one thing that derived from all this is, more than doing things at the brain level. The real actions that could make the expectations less could do a lot of help. It’s like removing the tension and making things at a balanced level. Finding that pitch would be a better way, thinking about it more or making solutions for things that are just inside the head to leave us at anything.

And here’s the one hard way like taking actions that could never come up with good expectations, at the same time it can’t be linked to bad expectations. It's all about keeping things at the balanced real level.
