This week contest about hive is really a good one as i can now vent my anger, as most of us know that the bull run happened in 2017 which makes hive price goes up alot that it reach above 8 dollars but every thing started going down come january, from 8usd, we hold and dream big of cashing out big at the next 8 usd but man propose God dispose, from 4 usd hive went down to 2 usd then to 1 usd down to 0.55cent, yet our belief on this coin didn't waver, i pity those people that even used their money to buy more expecting it to rise only for it to decrease more and more till it get to 0.2cent ah!....
All hope was lost and disappointment crept in, is hive going to 1 hive for 1 naira? it better not be... all the bigs dreams i have for when hive will touch 8 usd again started vanishing and all i can think of is for the coin to stop dipping and just be at its current price but that can't happen cos it is not a stable coin...
well when it get to 0.2, i was still adamant on not selling the coin, saying if i didn't sell when it was 0.5 why now that it is 0.2, but i change my view of things when one day i saw some guys discussing in a crypto exchange group and they mentioned coins that dipped to 0.000, mehn i was like it is also possible for hive to become a deadbeat, right there i made up my mind, to sell half and keep half so i won't be much affected if it either spike or die.....
It was during this dip market i use hive money to buy a laptop which boost my earning, then later the justin virus happened and our beloved hive moved away from a virus land to the promise land, i came to the new habitant in my birthday suit as i had no hive left so didn't get the airdrop but all thanks to God and my voters as i was able to gather hive power and some liquid hive which i earn from splinterlands.. whIch i sold during the last little spike that happened when it got listed on an exchange...
Since then i have been piling up hive but only getting disappointed as it keeps dipping, i do think one thing that can make hve prize appreciate is if the founders and dev try to list it on an exchange like coinbase and also we need more dapps on hive platform.....
