RE: The Hill We Climb

Honestly, this is the first time I hear her recitation. As a reciter, a different kind of soft corner works for all poets and reciters.

there is always light if only we're brave enough to see it

The above line has raised me a lot and it is very true. The style of reciting the poem is as beautiful as the poem itself. Thank you Dada for giving me the opportunity to listen it.

We need longer tables, not higher walls.

This is what I also feel sometimes. Most of the time we are moving towards dividation. It's not expected. Really we need longer tables!

Very few people have listened to her before, but now everyone is talking about her!! :)

Did you know that she had speech impediment and couldn't pronounce certain words until even two years back. She says even today she has difficulty in pronunciation of any word with "r".

Not before Dada. I Just did some study from Wikipedia.

Gorman has an auditory processing disorder and is hypersensitive to sound.[2] Gorman also had a speech impediment during childhood.

It proves again that no obstacle can stop anyone if she has strong will.
