Anger is a deadly disease that eats slowly at your soul until you are left with nothing. You find yourself stuck at a particular phase and everything been said at that point is not registering because something is holding your thought and directing you into misbehaving. People who said anger is a spirit are not lying one bit, this spirit consumes your soul and takes over your thinking.
It is like someone keeps fueling an already burning fire, you feel like you need to express yourself so that the people involved wont take you for granted. It really doesn't work that way and it takes every self control one has to walk away from from situations like that. Always be at peace with yourself and fellow human because anger solves nothing but destroys, but peace and patience will build what nations cannot.
Life can be unpredictable and I understand we all cannot be the same but then when we know our flaws, it is easy to work on it. Let us practice the act of walking away from little situations so that we would find it easy to take a walk during bigger fights. Getting angry does not mean not been able to express oneself but you can do this without a word of insult.
The world needs more happiness than fight/sadness, learn to control your actions in and outside so that you wont destroy a name it took you years to build withing a twinkle of an eye. Life is too short and sweet to spend it in anger and sad mood, enjoy it while you can and let go of your worries when you can too.
I hope we all learn to smile and be happy and leave the worries of our heart to the universe to handle..There will be a time when our worries will be nothing compared to our joy.
