Strangers and loved ones alike will hurt and disappoint you at some point in your life. Some of us are lucky and are able to avoid dealing with such people. Others have no such luck and are forced to meet with them. It can be difficult to judge when strangers are just being themselves or if they are faking it in order to get closer to a person they care about. The best way to make sure that the person is not trying to hide something is by simply looking into their eyes as they speak and look directly back at you.
