White sauce pasta ( without cream )

Ingredients :

1. One cup pasta
2. Three cups water
3. Half tbsp salt
4. One tsp oil

White sauce:

1. Two tbsp butter, unsalted ( you can use ghee as well)
2. Two tbsp flour
3. One & half cup milk
4. Half tsp salt to taste
5. Half tsp black pepper
6. Half tsp oregano leaves ( optional)
7. Half tsp garlic salt or two chopped garlic cloves

Making process :
At first boil the water . Then add pasta . After adding the put some salt and oil in it. Let the pasta boiled properly to 8-10 minutes.

After boiling tha pasta properly you have to strain it . Wash with cold water otherwise it will be mushy.

For white sauce at first add butter or ghee into the pan . Let the butter to
melt . Add chopped garlic & sauted for 40-50 second. Then add oregano leaves, black pepper , salt to taste & mixed it well . Then add flour & saute for 30/40 second . After that add milk gradually & stir it continuously . Stir continuously until it gets no lums. Make a smooth mixture. Then add the boiled pasta & mixed properly. Wait 1/2 min but you have to continuously stir it .

Your white sauce pasta is ready to eat .
