Hope everybody is well. Every day I try to design something new. Today I have tried to design this house plan. Looking at the design, you may have realized that it is the design of a two-story house. The total area of this house is 1000 square feet. Not too big. I have chosen the size of the house. The house is 40 'long and 25' wide. I have given a detailed picture of this design here. As you can see, the floor plan of the ground floor of this house has a bedroom, a living room, a storeroom, kitchen, and dining are connected together a bathroom, and a veranda. Here I have used the Dog-leg staircase. I have kept the width of the stairs at 3 '. And I have left a gap of 4 "in the middle of the stairs on both sides.
The second-floor plan design has three bedrooms. The size of each is different. There are two bathrooms, a small drawing room in the middle, and a veranda.
I gave two doors to enter this house. And I mentioned the size of each room in the design. It was not possible for me to keep the rooms bigger than this. Because the size of the land is not very big. I have tried to put one or two windows in each room. There are different sizes of windows in different rooms. I have created a 3D design here using the floor plan of this house. I hope you like my new design.
