This hit me hard! And how true it is! We can't change our ideologies, religions and even citizenship—but the language and ethnicity always remain like shadows.
I'm not a nationalist person, I'm also not proud of my country — but I do very much love my language and my ethnic identity.
We can actually change all three and we routinely do. What we can't change however is "species". We will remain human till we die. The question is can we keep our humanity?
