People who are desperate to excel in life need to understand major things, the needs to appreciate people for what they do in the society and to also helps them to know more about what they can do for themselves, you don't have to force any relationship with people no matter how you close, if it is meant to work between both of you, definitely it will work without any form of problems, we need to keep ourselves clean and we need to get things done in appropriate ways. Let be the best for people and for ourselves, and don't ever overlook someone's no matter how their status.
Most times blaming people for our failure is not good things, why who you blame others for our own fault, our attitude for blame people because of our failures as to stop if truly we want to succeed in life, you need to know that you cannot take the blame for yesterday performance to correct today's results, definitely you can not take responsibility for tomorrow success so whatever has gone in the past should be a lesson and not a curse, simply by accepting blame and taking responsibility when necessary.
However, failure is not the end of life, and it can never be the end if we are still on earth, we will keep trying to minimize failure, don't give up on a project, if you fail, try again, don't allow all your efforts to sink in water, stand up and try again. We are destiny to make one or two mistakes, but ability to tackle and take control over it gives of edge over it.
Before I drop my pen for today, always find a solution to every problem, you may find it difficult in the first time but believe me you won't find it more difficulties if you focus and talk to an expert or experienced team, and make sure you have the right mindset and considered people when they say something about it, try to take correction and be decisive in your approach, if you do definitely it might come back to you in good shape, life is a lesson and we learn everyday.
