It's a very wet morning for me today as I woke up and it was raining very hard. Immediately, I went back to bed with my body fully covered under the duvet. Few minutes later, the sound from my phone ringtone played the role of an alarm as a call came in for me. By then, I was forced to get up from bed to answer the call.
It's usual of me to check in to my Hive account first thing in the morning and it seems this is becoming more like a daily routine for me, and this is exactly what I did again this morning after I received that call. On signing in, I came across this interesting weekly contest by @bdcommunity where we were asked to describe our Para.
When I saw the topic of the contest at first, I was shocked. You know why? Simply because Para is a slang that means "angry" in this part of the world. In other ways, I was glad when I got to know Para is a Bengali word that means Neighborhood because I like to learn new things.

Talking about giving a description of my neighborhood, This is something that interest me so much because I have got a lot to say about my neighborhood. First of all, I will like to let you know that my para is a very peaceful one with calm and serene environment which makes life a lot easier for everyone who is fortunate enough to find themselves in that para.
My Para is blessed with a green nature. What do I mean by green nature? What I mean is my environment is blessed with a rich garden beautified with green grasses and flowers that will call everyone's attention to want to see the work and beauty of nature just the way it should be for everyone because it's the wish of mother earth that we keep those green nature so as to reduce or avoid the occurrence natural disasters such as erosion, draught and earthquake in our environment.
Who wouldn't love a small pond within the space of his Para. You know that fresh and cool air and beauty of nature that brings to our environment especially when the pond is well taken care of so that it doesn't breed mosquitoes or bacteria. This fresh pond is another thing my para is made up of and I like it just the way it is since it gives me that fresh breath of natural air within my confined space.
This pond sometimes causes erosion in the para most especially when there is heavy rainfall. However, it think this is a minor issue that can be taken care of by expanding our drainage or creating more pathway for the water to flow freely.

My Para is beautiful with the beautiful works of nature that comes within its realm. I'm sure you would love it here if you come for a visit.
