People say that trust is the most expensive thing in the world. Well, I say trust is simply priceless.
No matter the amount of money you have, you can't use it to buy, or teach trust to a grown ass human being. Nor can you use that money to turn some scummy dishonest person into a trustworthy saint one day. You may give your best, try really hard and keep trying for a long period of time. Yet, sometimes or most of the time, it might be that a fraction of those flawed and scummy traits may still remain hidden somewhere inside. Ready to pounce, when given the chance once more. End of the day, it's all up to that one person, on whom you've bet all your trust.

When you reach a certain point in life, there's just no going back, whether it be good or bad. A part of it all remains within us forever.
So, the chances are, if they didn't have it in them yesterday, then whether it be tomorrow or the day after, they probably will never succeed in achieving that certain trait.
UNLESS, they accept their wrongdoings, coming to a realization, to how toxic and cheap their past actions were and then finally working on towards becoming a better human being. Changing for the better, working towards achieving better behavior and choosing to make the right choices in life, from here onwards.
It's quite to tough to find trustworthy people in the current world we're living in. You can't even imagine how far people will go just to gain your trust, and then, when given the chance, they will screw you over egregiously.
I say it's all in the blood, sometimes it surely is. Yet, most of the times it's all about how you've been taught in life and by whom.
One has to be badly sculpted by life to go to such extents, choosing to harm another for their own well being. It all starts at an young age, what you see and what you're taught during those young and innocent years will be the foundation towards the future. It will give you the power to choose between right and wrong, decency and lunacy.
If you're taught well at an early age, then chances are that you won't cheap out easily and stay true to what's right. No matter how tempting and selfishly beneficial something be for you. As a human being, you will choose not to go ahead with it simply because it's wrong.
You choosing to protect and nurture the trust that someone chose to invest in you is truly the right choice, the only choice. You can't put a price on that feeling, when someone has total faith in you.
When someone deicides to trust you with something valuable of theirs, a secret maybe, a task, money, whatever it may be, just know that you mean something to them. You probably mean more to them than the secrets they've shared, the tasks they've bet on you to accomplish or the money they've passed over from their hands to yours.
Remember, trust is built, and it should always be that way. Before you put your trust in someone, there should be a fairly lengthy test. A process that a certain someone should have to go through, and when they pass this customized test and process, you then put a fraction of your trust in their hands.
Never rely on words, especially the sweet ones. Invest your trust in effort, integrity, credibility. Don't be careless when investing your trust, never be in a hurry.
Even when it comes to handling someone else's trust that they've decided to invest in you, remember that they have faith in you, to do something good. Know that you are someone who truly means something to them. Because they have quite confidently decided to safekeep, one of their most priceless possessions in your hands...
So, you better stay true to them, yourself and towards doing what's right
"To be trusted is a greater compliment than being loved" - George MacDonald
Apart from the family, there are only a few worthy of this priceless possession.
No regret that I don't have many trustworthy people, because when it breaks hurts more than that.
It's rare in the first place to find trustworthy people and you having but a few in your life is something very special. Unlike me who have none but myself in my sphere of physical realm. I cant stand being hurt because of someone I claimed to have trusted with my whole heart.
These days even family decides to turn their backs on you. I guess I just got lucky when it comes to me, my family and close relatives.
I totally agree with you that trust is priceless. It can't be bought nor taught anywhere but once we find the right trustworthy source, it's good to take a good hold of it and appreciate every bit of it because in our today's world, trust is rare.
It truly is rare. These past two years have made it even more clear to me.
Really? You had a trust experience? I hope it wasn't that bad?
Yep, quite recently. And saying it was bad would be a huge understatement. Yet, I still have a fraction of hope somewhere inside of me, hoping for recovery.
That's sad though. I don't know why some humans go about hurting people and finding pleasure in carrying a bad name around. I hope you recover soon no man is worth the trouble.
Trying my best, as always haha. 🥃
Thank you for dropping by and for the kind words. ♥️
I'm glad I could give my humble opinions and thoughts too. Have a nice day
The words trust can be seen in terms of Love, honestly, to trust someone is priceless but people still tends to trust because of Love they had for that person, so looking from this perspective, it is greatly noted that trust and love really had something in common.
A greater number of people in the world break trust and make trust to be something not worth putting hope on, but when they is Love, they would exist trust.
To build a proper relation, trust is required. Every important relation we have is fueled by trust.
Love is different, there are many kinds of love, that is why it's tough to go wrong when it comes to loving someone. The only tough part about love is figuring out what kind of love it actually is, between you and the one opposite to you, pinpointing the type of feelings you actually have for a certain someone is the tough part.
Whereas trust is simple most of the times. Yet, cheap people with their cheap and scummy mindsets simply can't afford it.
🥰 I am Impressed
As humans are made with emotions, as when he feels something bad or gets hurt by someone at the moment in most cases, being emotional he chooses the wrong person to share the incident, I mean he chooses the wrong one as a trusted being. When everything goes normal, he feels that he has done a big mistake to trust the person. The damage has been done already, he can't do anything without regretting at the moment.
Very well said.

That is true. Yet, we have to remind ourselves that we're living in a world where faith and trust is a bit too scarce.
I've surely had enough with my fair share of "life lessons" in the past few years. So, I'd rather keep my trust to myself at this point, walk my path alone. It's a much safer bet, WAYY better than betting it all on some shady scum of a person.
