There comes a point in life, when we get so busy making a living, that we simply forget about living life.
We get distracted, we think we're working towards achieving "freedom" by making more money, by achieving a "higher" and "better" social status. For some, this so called freedom lies in the never-ending hunger for material, popularity, power. Then there's the bunch who just require a roof over their heads, three meals a day, a happy family and life.
There are also a few very dedicated ones, who just want to keep on making more money. The goal is to simply increase the numbers. Like a game, where money and status equals to XP, cred or rep. Having more cred and rep leads towards achieving higher levels.
The level really doesn't do much to be honest, it's just a flex, gives you bragging rights. Chances are, you'll do just as good with 50% of the total amount of cred and levels you have accumulated. Yet, for some reason, you just think you need more.
Nothing wrong with that though, whatever gives you the thrills and pushes you towards doing "better" in life, you keep at it. We need something to keep us going, right? Yet, there is a limit to it all.

I believe sometimes we take it a bit too far. This game of life, we just take it a bit too seriously sometimes. We become so stubborn and arrogant, wanting to level up in every way possible. That even when life shows us the right path by striking us down and wearing us out, we still choose on running circles within that loop. Thinking to ourselves that these are all blockades in our paths. Not even taking a moment to think if this is a sign, telling us to turn back and maybe take a different route.
We keep thinking we're actually making progress by wearing ourselves out on the same path, again and again. Even when things aren't working out, we keep holding on to the hustle and grind mindset for a bit too long.

Sometimes life kindly decides to give you the pieces of the puzzle, it's up to you to put those pieces together. The pieces won't connect by themselves, you can't expect it all to be served before you on a plate.
Life as a whole, is a bit of effort and a bit of luck. So, you surely won't succeed in figuring out the puzzle if you keep on ignoring the pieces and hints life keeps throwing at you. Thinking to yourself that life, fate or luck, whatever you call it, has it all written down, always telling yourself that you're on the right path. Like you're one in a million, truly the one destined for greatness.
Sadly, not everyone is destined for greatness. Sometimes you just have to find and make peace with being average. Yes, the first part may all sound like a great idea, what harm can it do? What's wrong with everyone being rich and powerful? If anything like that did happen, then there would be no such thing as balance. The world, reality, existence, as we know it, will always require the good, the bad and the average, that's balance. Balance isn't perfect, never will be.
My favorite quote about balance surely is this...
“Some days you eat salads and go to the gym, some days you eat cupcakes and refuse to put on pants. It's called balance"- Anonymous
Don't stress and burn yourself out every damn day. Sometimes just leave it as it is, let life take control and steer for a bit. You don't need all the money, power, happiness and material available in the world. You just need enough, good thing is, you're the one in charge of raising and lowering the bar. Take it easy once in a while, breathe, think it out, focus on the little things maybe.
Every now and then, try getting busy living and enjoying life. 🥃☮️
are you driving the bus? 😂
Yes, new job... 😵

Yes sis true, because at times not all we want come to us and that is normal, because it simply means that we didn't meant for it, no matter how hard you try to force it out, when it was not made for you, never would it be Made for you, but the thing now is, how sure are we of what we are made of, how possible is it for us to know what we are made of, we keep putting our head, heart and soul, expecting something, at times we get it and at times we does not, making us to be confused and wanting to do more.
This make me to see life as answer of either YES or NO
Greetings 🥰
