Today, I am here to blabber more and show less of my presentation. This is also one of my old art pieces and I was skeptical about publishing it. The name has no significant connection with the illustration except if you can find what it is 😛 Anyways I have taken the decision of posting my old illustrations, so here is one of them. This illustration was not much but an experiment for learning how to balance proportion.
This was a mess and each part of it I did with much interest and precision but I was not wary of proportion. After I completed this I talked with @kinab and showed him this piece and asked him what was wrong, he then solved half of my problem by informing me what went wrong and that was enough for me.
I haven't done much artwork like this, so this was a crazy try. I was not courageous enough to upload this as this still looks not proportional but I have learned that without proportion art can look very horrible. Although my artwork is good enough my alignment was cracked.
As per @tahminasyed's words, the food came out delicious but something seemed off. But, she was screaming into my ears at how hungry she felt by looking at my dishes. Food can always cheer you up, even if you are not a foodie person, food has tremendous power. Let's begin the process.
I finished placing the chopsticks at the very end. But it is true that I loved the background and wanted to place it all just like how it is placed on a picnic day. I wanted that ambiance to exist.
The towel at the back is supposed to be a traditional touch as I have mentioned earlier. I wanted to create a picnic-picnic atmosphere. The flowers are supposed to give a serene look.
I was not settling on any specific dish so I made what I love most and what I end up having most of the time. Noodles are everyone's favorite, isn't it but oops, the petal fell on it.
As you can see I have arranged some beautiful sakura-decorated plates which too give off a picnic atmosphere. The food choice, I am not too sure if it is picnic type... but I still like the food. Meat with chicken strips and shrimp, yum! There is some delicious salad with nuts, then we have some masala carrots with masala guavas. They are not some typical picnic items but they match.
So, this is the end of "Lavender Dinner", which is not commonly a dinner table but parts of a dinner table, I hope it pleased you all. That’s it! The end of today’s post. So did you like the dishes? 😉
