- Mustard paste
- Fenugreek seeds(Methi)
- Fennel seeds(Mouri)
- Black Cumin seeds (kalijeera)
- Dry red Chilies
- Garlic powder
- Ginger paste
- Indian bay leaves paste
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander powder
- Mustard oil
- Salt
- Vinegar
