Firstly I had cut Cabbage little slicely. After that I had washed cabbage with water . After washing cabbage , I had mixed tumaric and salt . When mustrad oil is hot , i had fried onions .
After frying onions , I had boiled cabbage with frying shrimp fish .Thus I had fried cabbage with shrimp fish sometimes .
Really It is very delicious and tasty recipe . It is a homemade recipe .
Cabbage is very popular vegetable in the world . It is very delicious and healthy food .Most of people like this cabbage .cabbage contains in vitamins, important minerals and water as well as beneficial fiber. We can eat beetroot different ways . Such as a vegetable curry, labra, vegetarian, bhaji, bara or salad. Cabbage leaves keeps our brain cool . It helps to solve sleep problems. Cabbage regulates our body temperature.Cabbage helps to keep heathy our skin. Cabbage eliminates against constipation problems . It keeps our stomach to clean, as a result the tendency to get acne on the face is reduced a lot of disease it helps for losing our weight . Cabbage has a lot of dietary fiber and very few calories and fats which is very helpful in losing weight.
