Hi guys, how are you all? I hope you’re all doing very well. Alhamdulillah, I’m also doing great. Today, I’m going to share an idea for making guava mix (peyara makha) with you all. It tastes absolutely delicious. So come on, let me share it with you all .

Ingredients for Guava Mix (Peyara Makha):
Fresh guavas
Green chili (finely chopped)
Salt
Sugar (optional)
Tamarind pulp or lemon juice
Red chili flakes or chili powder
Coriander leaves (finely chopped).

Making Process of Peyara Makha (Guava Mix)
First, wash the guavas thoroughly and cut them into small bite-sized pieces.
Put the guava pieces into a clean bowl.
Add salt, red chili flakes (or chili powder), chopped green chili, and a little sugar if you like a sweet-spicy taste.
Add a splash of tamarind pulp or lemon juice for a tangy flavor.
Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on top.
Mix everything gently but evenly with a spoon.
Your tangy, spicy, and delicious Peyara Makha is ready to enjoy!
