If asked to choose every insect in this world, then, I will choose one species called 'Dragonfly' why?
Because in my opinion! It is a species that has a unique posture or is very handsome when compared to other species. When looking at his posture, he is reminded of one of the air vehicles or air transportation that is owned by each country, sometimes even owned by private people.
The vehicle is a Helikoper that is very often seen in the national military scene or is also often seen in a film whose unique flight power can descend over narrow terrain like a dragonfly when it dives into one of the narrow and lousy locations.
This dragonfly is one of the most abundant blue dragonflies found in our area, it has a large number and nest in clean water or we say fresh water swamps. However, their lives are not in groups, they live scattered from each other, this is often seen if they are united, there will be a fight between the males in seizing their respective territories.
This blue dragonfly is very easy to photograph because he has just done a fight with another male, maybe his strength is very weak because it is very easy to take the picture, usually to take the photo is very difficult especially using a cellphone camera so we have to approach him within 0.30 meters because if he is photo with a distance of 1 meter my cellphone camera is not clear or bright.
Even though his strength was weak or tired, I could only take 4 pictures of him, this was due to his caution and alertness which made him fly back in another direction.
This means that even though he is tired, he is still strong in avoiding the movement of other objects that may not be comfortable for strangers to approach. Indeed, the attitude of the dragonfly is always like that, it is very difficult to take photos, let alone to capture, unless using a sophisticated camera with perfect zoom even in long distances.
Why do I say this dragonfly has a problem? This can be seen from the unstable awakening movement, flying not according to his wishes, meaning that if he wants to fly to the west but his body is carried south, it means that his wings are problematic or his strength is weak. The reason is, as stated above, that he had just had a tough day fighting with other men, but he had bad luck because he was able to be defeated by other males, so that he was expelled from his territory.
When I approach it, it will always move even though it is in a close distance and cannot fly like other healthy dragonflies, even though it flaps its wings but for a short period of time it will still avoid something that is considered dangerous for its body.
So, I gave him a chance to rest, maybe in a few hours he would recover like before, then I named him the 'poor dragonfly' that was driven out of his area. Maybe if he gets better later, he will look for another location that has the perfect capacity like other males.
This blue dragonfly, lives in yellow soil that has no leaves, in general the dragonfly always perches on the branches of plants or on the grass around it, but because of bad things, it rests on the ground without moving and without flapping its wings like a dragonfly other.
This is the description of today's story, meeting a dragonfly with a bad luck, hopefully he will get well soon and do his usual activities like the previous days.
