Heya warriors,
How was the previous season and how were the season rewards? Well If I look at my rewards I am hoping there is the same story with everyone else. It seems you have to have a bit of exceptional luck in order to get some decent rewards. My main account xawi finished in champion 1 and out of 150 chest loots I couldn't pull a single legendary. Well, another no legendary season:(.
But wait there is good news for us and that good news is Guild Brawls
are coming. I just read the latest post of splinterlands Guild Brawls Are Coming!
.
I am super excited because I have been waiting for this feature for so long. I really wanted to know how would it work and what feature splinterlands would add. Finally, the wait is over and the guild brawl feature has been added. Splinterlands site went on a maintenance mode for few minutes and when it came back the first thing I did I went to check our guild.
When I looked at build your arena i got to know if our guild wants to participate in the brawl which is going to happen after 4 days then we will have to construct a place where we can host battles. And that place is called Arena and we can create Arena in guild building section. Then I went ahead and clicked on buildings.
In order to achieve the first level, we need 10k decs. It is more like a guild building. Where all guild players used to contribute decs according to their will. But this time Neoxian guild has enough Dec balance. Later tonight Neo sir will look into it in more detail and he also announced it in the city with his guild warriors.
Here is his announcement.
Our guild Arena will determine which tier we can join. Higher Arena will open up a wide path for our guild warriors. We will be able to join larger and more challenging brawls. And larger brawls means big prizes.
Ok, the first question I came across from our guild members was, what would we get in these guild brawls? Well, splinterland has mentioned it in their guild brawls announcement post. If our guild performs well then we will be rewarded with CROWNS.
What are crowns?
Crowns are a special, non-transferable, non-tradeable guild currency. This currency will help our guild to level up. So in this case, only dec contribution is not enough. If we want to achieve a high level we will have to earn maximum crowns.
Splinterlands has just released Phase 1 of Guild brawls. In phase 2 they are going to add the Barracks and the Shop.
What is fray?
Well this is the question I have been asking from many but no one gave me a proper answer :P XD Finally, splinterlands wrote about it and thank GOD now I understand what it is.
A Fray is analogous to Anytime tournament groups, except each Fray has different level limits, card editions, and allowed foils.
If our guild has a big Arena our Fray would be bigger. It means more guild member can participate. At level one, only 13 guild member will be able to join.
Guild Brawls will rotate in three phases. Phas1 is called the prep stage where our guild member will decide which Fray they want to join, bronze, silver, diamond, regular foil or gold foil. It all depends on the convenience of guild players.
Phase 2 is called the Combat stage. It works the same as anytime tournaments. Where guild players will have 24 hours to submit their teams.
Phase 3 is called the result stage. Ok, this stage will decide how many crowns our guild won. And then we will have two options to decide about our prizes. Either we want to level up our Arena or was want to continue the Brawls cycle. I think I was able to explain it well :)
