Today I am sharing my entry for the weekly battle challenge "Theme: SPINEBACK TURTLE" which is offered and organized by @splinterlands. ABOUT: SPINEBACK TURTLE

SPINEBACK TURTLE is a Melee attack Common Monster from the Water Splinter. It costs 4 mana, gives -1 melee damage, having 2 armors and 6 health at level 1. At level 4 it gains one ability Thorns. At the maximum level, it gives -3 Melee damage..

Battle Ruleset:

The ruleset was of Heavy Hitters and Little League. The mana cap was 46 and all Splinter Summoners were active except Death.

Battle Summoner:

I choose BORTUS as a Summoner for this battle, which is an Untamed edition Rare Water Splinter Summoner. The ability of this Summoner is It reduces the -1 Magic attack of all Magic attack Monsters of the enemy team. I was completing quest with water splinter so I used this summoner and theme of the weekly battles challenge. I have upgraded it to level 4 in which I can use level 5 common monsters. It is a good summoners and mostly I am using it in my battles.

1. SPINEBACK TURTLE

In the first position, I used the theme of the weekly challengeSPINEBACK TURTLE which is a melee attack common Water Splinter Monster. I used it in the first position because of its of its Thorns(When hit with a Melee attack, does damage back to the attacker.) ability. I have bought this card in level 4 for the Thorns ability and it really works for me in the little league ruleset.

2. ELECTRIC EELS

In the second position, I used ELECTRIC EELS which is a melee attack common Water Splinter Monster. I used it in the second position because of its Reach(Melee attack Monsters with the Reachability may attack from the second position on the team.) ability. I have upgraded it to level 3 for the -2 Melee damage.

3. FEASTING SEAWEED

In the third position, I used FEASTING SEAWEED which is a melee attack common Water Splinter Monster. I used it in the third position because of its Opportunity(Monsters with the Opportunity ability may attack from any position and will target the enemy Monster with the lowest health.) ability. I have upgraded it to level 4 for the -3 Melee damage.

4. CRUSTACEAN KING

In the fourth position, I used CRUSTACEAN KING which is a Ranged attack Common Water Splinter Monster. It has Tank Heal(Restores a portion of the Monster in the first position's health each round) ability at level 1. I used it in the fourth position because of its ranged attack and will restore the health of the monster in the first position. I have bought it in level 3 for -1 ranged damage.

5. NAGA WINDMASTER

In the fifth position, I used NAGA WINDMASTER which is a Ranged attack rare Water Splinter Monster. It is my most favorite monsters in the water splinter. I must use it in my battles whenever I am playing with the water splinter. It has Headwinds(Reduces the Ranged attack of all enemy Monsters) ability at level 1. I used it in the fifth position because of its ranged attack. I have upgraded it to level 4 for -2 ranged damage.

6. ENCHANTED DEFENDER

In the last position, I used ENCHANTED DEFENDER which is a Melee attack promo edition Common Neutral monster. I mostly use it in my battles of melee monsters. I used this card in the last position because of its Thorns(When hit with a Melee attack, does damage back to the attacker) ability.. I have upgraded it to level 5 for the Thorns ability and -2 Melee damage.

Yes, my strategy worked very well in this battle and I won this battle.

`Do you like the SPINEBACK TURTLE? Why or why not?`

Yes, I really like SPINEBACK TURTLE and that's why I have bought it at level 4 from the market for the thorns ability. I like it because of it's high health with armors and costs 4 mana. I am using it every time in my battles in the Little League ruleset when water splinter is active.
