Don’t be a coward…Discover the lion in you!

There is a lot in the Animal kingdom from which humanity can relate to their various life circumstances. Some people go for adventures in the national game parks, zoos only to look at the wild creatures as a luxury. I believe there is more humanity that can pick up from the animal kingdom. It’s important for us to pause for a moment and make a careful study on the most fierce and aggressive animals in the jungle.

Some of these animals have great leadership aspects and other ingredients that we need to incorporate in our businesses, social and other areas of our lives. I am not saying that we are to behave like wild animals. Continue with me in this blog as I am going to focus on the character of a lion as I reveal some important aspects that can be of great importance to humanity.

Authority

Due to a lion’s fierceness and aggressiveness, it commands respect from all other creatures in the jungle. A lion can never be attacked by an antelope, monkey, and so on. This is because a high standard of being tough and aggressive is already well established in its environment. As humans, we need to be authoritative in order to keep ourselves from intimidation from small circumstances and rude people. This is arrived at when we equip ourselves with knowledge and also realize who we are and what we are capable of doing.

Dominion

A lion is the king of the jungle. It’s an animal you can never underestimate. It was created to rule. Humans are also leaders by default. In every human being, there is a leadership potential that is trapped within. Leadership starts from home where someone was born from. For example, the firstborn is the leader of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th born of the family. The firstborn by default exercises dominion over all his other siblings, by instructing and guiding them on the different aspects of life.

Boldness

A lion is a very bold creature and can never be intimidated by any animal. If it purposes to attack any animal for food, it surely does it without any doubts of failing on its plan. No matter the size of the animal, once it has made up its mind to look at its target as prey, it surely goes for it. Did you know that a lion can even chase after an elephant for food? Personally, I did not know that but I was shocked when I watched a wildlife documentary. However, these often attack baby lions when they are left behind.

Human beings need to have self-confidence (boldness) which includes believing in the self. Nothing is unachievable in this life when you believe in yourself. Those who lack this aspect need to build it up by acquiring some knowledge of how to do certain things.

Abundance/provision

Putting other factors constant, no matter the circumstances that may come it's way, a lion can never chew grass in the jungle economy. Chewing grass is a low standard and a very despising description that can never be tagged on to such a creature. In the jungle economy, there is a lot to be eaten by the lion and there can never be any lack of what to eat.

When human beings discover their strong abilities and put them to effective use, they will always be productive and lack nothing good to satisfy their appetites.
