Fundado hace varias décadas, el Asilo Santo Domingo ha sido testigo de generaciones que han dejado huella en nuestra comunidad. Su nombre honra a Santo Domingo de Guzmán, y su misión desde el inicio ha sido brindar cuidado, compañía y dignidad a los adultos mayores que ya no cuentan con familia cercana o recursos suficientes. En sus mejores tiempos, fue sostenido por donaciones comunitarias, voluntarios, y el compromiso de instituciones locales.
