Someone donated a box full of special cheeses to the church today. These weren't just any cheeses either. These were they were the types I'd usual never consider buying because their cost. Not having the proper means to store refrigerated items. We're encouraged to take as much as we please. So I sorted through the box, and found some cheeses I felt I could do something with.
So I brought them home, and honestly was little eager to fry one of them up. There was one cheese I definitely knew I could do something with.
What made this cheese interesting was that it was made from buffalo milk. I was a little hesitant, but still eager. So I set up my breading essentials.
After cutting the cheese, and setting everything up. I began breading the small pieces of cheese.
Then I fried them with a little but of butter.
I wish I could say I prepared the salad myself, bit I didn't. I simply opened a prepackaged salad mix. Put some on a plate. Organized the fried cheese onto the plate. Then drizzled some ranch dressing after I was done.
Overall it was a pretty tasty, and unexpected treat. God bless whoever donated the cheeses. Made for a simple meal after church, and felt the need share the blessing. Thanks for sharing me. God bless.
