With these two chosen keywords, here is my entry to this 35th Edition Challenge:
This photo was taken two weeks ago in the downtown area of our city. The building is a condominium still under construction but is currently the tallest structure not only in our city but in the whole of the island of Mindanao where we are located with 38 floors. The name of the condominium is The Vivaldi Residences. They had begun applying the paint primer on which is the white color on the building's facade. The electrical cables running along the street against the white primer paint and the almost white sky provide the BlackandWhite feature of this entry.

38 floors..?!! Oh my goodness 😵
Yup, 38 floors. There's a banner hanging by the building that reads "Still The Tallest". This is in reference to the second tallest building here, a condominium also, which has 31 floors. While it was under construction, they were advertising their condominium as the tallest. Marketing gimmick, actually.
😄 every thing can serve as advertising mount now..we are in this time when this is just a question of creativity and keeping the eye open on any opportunity for the marketing..😁
