Hi @isabelpena. I just thought a proper definition of the word grin is in order. This is from the Oxford Languages definition:
Grin - verb
smile broadly, especially in an unrestrained manner and with the mouth open.
Example: "Dennis appeared, grinning cheerfully"
Similar:
smile
smile broadly
beam
grin from ear to ear
smile from ear to ear
grin like a Cheshire cat
smirk
be all smiles
As a noun it means:
a broad smile.
"“OK,” he said with a grin."
Just wanted you to know that grin is not always associated with the crooked and the evil and the bad. Only sometimes as in a smirk or a grin of a Cheshire cat. But normally it is associated with a good and happy mood as in a broad good natured smile. It really depends on the usage.
Thanks for clarifying my doubt @gems.and.cookies, now I have more knowledge of what to do in the contest. Grateful.
My pleasure. Good luck with your entry.
