Probiotic juices are all the rage. These juices contain ferments that help the body's processes, such as the intestinal, stomach, joint, circulatory, and others.
I've always liked green juices. I put them through the juicer and drink them on an empty stomach once a day. But now there's this method of making juices that are suitable for all kinds of ailments.
I'm preparing a drink with ginger called a ginger bug. I consume ginger in all my meals. Now I'm going to drink it in a ginger extract, where the ginger is fermented, and microorganisms that feed on a little sugar and water are extracted.

This is how I prepare it: in a glass container, previously boiled, I put a cup of water, plus two tablespoons of ginger previously peeled and chopped very small, plus two tablespoons of white sugar. I cover it with gauze or napkin, in my case, to keep out any strange insects or dust. Every day I uncover it, stir it, and add two more tablespoons of ginger, two of sugar, and two of water.

Little by little, bubbles start to appear, and it smells delicious. Soon it will be time to finish the daily process of adding, stirring, and waiting. According to what I've read, I have to wait 5 to 7 days, or maybe longer if I don't see many bubbles.

I'm also preparing a similar one but with beets. According to what I've read, it's very good for stimulating the immune system.
Chop the beets into small squares or pieces and place them in the glass container, filling it only halfway. Add a level tablespoon of salt. I also added a cinnamon stick, some cloves, and some grated ginger. I cover it and check it every day, just like the previous preparation.

Once they are ready to eat, I will try them. I will make other vegetables and fruits to get the full beneficial effect of these vegetables.
Bubbles should also appear in this beet juice, as you can see here, after 48 hours of preparation.
I'm very excited!
I place these glass containers with ginger and beet in a cool, dark place and covered with a cloth.

This will help my body regain some of the vitality it has lost due to so many health problems.
