Hello.
The weather is very hot.
My stomach became bloated because I drank water every time I was thirsty when my palate was dry.
So the rice dishes are no longer good to eat.
So we didn't eat rice for lunch and ate salad instead.
This salad is made with Carrot, thistle leaves, tomato, onion, Coriander leaves, lime, green chilies, fried peanuts, bean flour, salt, sauce and oil.
We call this salad Carrot salad and mixed vegetable salad.
Eating a variety of vegetables in a salad is rich in vitamins and beneficial to health.
This salad is my wife's creation.
I recorded it with a phone camera and presented it here.
If friends visit, I will serve salad.

ဒီအသုပ်ကို ကျွန်တော်တို့က ခါကြက်ဥသုပ် ဟူ၍လည်းကောင်း အသီးအရွက်စုံသုပ် ဟူ၍လည်းကောင်း ခေါ်ကြပါသည်။
ဟင်းသီးဟင်းရွက် အစုံကို သုပ်စားခြင်း ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် ဗီတာမင်ဓာတိများ ကြွယ်ဝကာ ကျန်းမာရေးကို အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေပါသည်။
ဒီအသုပ်က ကျွန်တော့် ဇနီး ၏ လက်ရာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ကျွန်တော်ကတော့ Phone Camera ဖြင့် မှတ်တမ်းတင်ကာ ဒီမှာ ဖော်ပြပေးခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။
