Hello all ๐๐๐
I said I'm going to join this contest initiated by @phoenixwren ... then I realized most of my things including artworks/pictures are still in boxes or wrapped in bubble wraps because my little living space is still being built. Looking forward to move in, in a few weeks time actually. So exciting!
I'm temporarily staying in my brother's spare room which is really nice. In their living room, there sit my nephew's super cute artworks๐ฅฐ. I must say, I am a proud Auntie ๐.
In our family, it was me who had this hobby during my primary years to my teenage years. I decorated the bedroom that I shared with my two sisters with my artworks. I used to love drawing Garfield and Snoopy. So my sisters and I were surrounded with my very own poster-like artworks. Unfortunately, I don't even have any photos of them. But such a good memory. It was my past time when I didn't have much responsibilities yet. Was really fun!
It's also one of my nephew's favorite past time. If I am not mistaken this artwork of a dog is his first ever artwork and been sitting on this furniture for awhile now, then the kitty and then the dinosaur. In fact, my brother showed me more artworks that are in safekeeping. Perhaps someday, they'll adorn the wall of their living room.
Now this is what's made it more interesting, so I thought... He started doing this artwork and my other brother adopted a puppy. And the puppy now who's already grown looks very similar to my nephew's artwork. I asked my nephew if he got inspired to draw Max but he said his drawing isn't Max. Well, what do you think? Doesn't Max look like the artwork?

My parents had an art print in their house growing up that I was asked if it was a painting of me, but no, they bought it before I was born. Predictive paintings? lol

He truly is! Wow, very interesting coincidence. There was also one baby picture on the wall in our family home and people think it's my mom' s baby picture.
