Never heard of witlof but I would love to try it. And the watercress is so nice on sandwiches. I used to have a pot with watercress once on the balcony. I should grow it again. I am big fan of salads and I love to mix different veggies with nuts and seeds and the best is with wallnuts. We are blessed to have wallnut trees everywhere, there are two in front of our block of flats.

You must try Witlof if you can get a hold of it does have a nice taste and Watercress i have heard it goes well with butter on a sandwich. Salads i love and try them in many ways. How lucky are you to have Walnut tree so near they are one of my favorite nuts 😊
