Halloween is my favourite holiday.π» Not that I do much celebrating but I would wear a mask and dress spooky if going out but why bother with everyone wearing a mask now anyway.π
I like to put a few decorations out. At least a pumpkin and a candle or two, lit in the window, for the souls that may come through the veil.π
Because of living in the country not many kids stop by for candy. I love to see them dressed as spooks and goblins but this year there is a 8.P.M. curfew and distancing rules because of pandemic. π»πΊ No virus cases on the Island right now and I hope it stays that way.
A full moon shot would be lovely. Oct 31, Halloween night, is always rainy. I hope your weather is good for the moon shot dear Hannes.ππ€π
Sometimes the numbers are drawn, but never all together - I'm still waiting for that π₯π
The kids have their Halloween parties and some also go from door to door, but as said it's not celebrated that much. This year they have only a few small parties in town, but my kids will stay at home or with friends.
We haven't had a curfew yet, but they say there will be one between 8pm and 6am when our second lockdown begins next week. The government will tell us more about their plans in the afternoon.
You are lucky on PEI and it seems all your people are taking care that the virus stays away from the island. That's good and I hope it stays this way.
Yesterday evening the sky was completely cloudy, but this morning was quite clear.
Hopefully tonight will be clear too, because I have a few shots of the full moon in mind of which I hope that I'll be able to take at least one.

That would be cool, but then you might get a new neighbor, which would be my daughter who still would love to have a few cannabis plants in her backyard π

Not a problem. I think there are a lot of cannabis plants being grown privately. Four are allowed legally.
All the hoopla about making it legal died down quickly and I never hear a word about it anymore.

I think I have told you already in the afternoon how my moon shots didn't work, but I will give it a try tomorrow morning, and if that also doesn't work there will be a full moon in a few weeks again π

I had a nice day Hannes and went out for dinner. I received greetings via email and phone from my 2 brothers & my sister. Living so far apart itβs impossible to get together very often,
Your family seems close knit and I think your daughter would quickly miss having family around like she has now.

I was there on time this morning, but before the moon was down low at the tree it became very foggy and so it's good that you are right - the full moon will come around again next month π
