Let's have home made Samosas!πŸ˜‹

in Feel Good β€’ 7 days ago

Namaste!

Sorry for the previous blog, I just started writing and it got published by mistake. I think there should be a confirmation before publishing the post. Anyway, :) :P

Due to Diwali cleaning and shopping, we get so tired at night for the last few days that we are not able to wake up early in the morning. So in the same sequence, today also we woke up a little late and started feeling hungry as soon as we woke up. My old followers know that both me and my wife are foodies, so usually we don't have to think much before cooking something tasty, different and effort-consuming because every day we keep making and planning tasty recipes. :P

So today again after waking up late we wanted to eat something tasty quickly but didn't want to have a plain breakfast so my wife said let's make instant Samosas!πŸ˜‹
She was already excited and I was happy too and then in about one and a half hours she made these super tasty spicy crunchy Samosas ready.

This is not a recipe blog because in the excitement of tasting the samosas we did not take photos of each step but there are some steps which you can see.

Here you can see the oval disc shape made of samosa dough.

This is the filling for samosas.

This is a cone shape of the half oval disc of eamosa dough which will now be filled with spicy potato mixture.

In these pictures you can see the filled potato mix.

After filling the potato mixture in that cone and closinh it from the top this original traditional shape of the samosa is formed.

Now its time to fry them in medium flame.

Till they turn golden brown.

And your samosas are ready. Now you can serve them with tomato sauce or with traditional tangy saunth and fresh coriander chutney.

These were my feel good moments today. πŸ˜‹πŸ₯°

Hope you enjoyed my tasteful blog! πŸ™πŸΌ

Pretty yummy and mouth watering :)

It turned into a receipe post :P

Haha, right! But still It's missing some really important steps of the beginning. :D
Thank you, brother!😊

That looks delicious! 40 minutes until my lunch and this really makes me hungry :)

Haha! Now you will enjoy your lunch even more. πŸ˜‹

Mmm, yummy samosas! πŸ˜‹

Have you ever tried a samosa? It quite a famous thing now😁

Yes, I had tried it in Singapore. Very tasty. Kind of a comfort food for me. πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‹

Ahaa... Great! Well, I don't know what it would have tasted like there because people often do weird experiments with dishes after taking them far from their origins. Just like people do in India on momos and other thingsπŸ˜…πŸ˜…

That is true, nothing as good as the original, aye... but I think they're also delicious. πŸ˜‹

Hello Mr. @untilwelearn
All the dishes you have prepared look delicious, I must admit that they made me want to try them
Enjoy it very much

Thank you for appreciating it!😊
