A Big Hello to all WOO Fans! π₯³π₯³π₯³ WOO!
I haven't been making any tournament reports for some time. However, for once, it hasn't been me slacking and procrastinating. π€£ Ever since the last tournament on the 1st October, there hasn't been any at all. In fact, the current report was for a tournament that had already been organised since almost a month ago! Could this signify the end of these cross related promotions? π Well, I hope not, but it's always best to prepare for the worst as all good things come to an end eventually.
This tournament report was for the 29th October's Bronze League WOO Ultimate Brawl. As always, the Bronze tournament is what I consider the "fairest" for the general public since the deck requirements aren't too high and out of reach of all players.
Once again, to any Splinterlands player who might not be aware, WOO @wrestorgonline actually organises a weekly Splinterlands tournament with really attractive prizes! π€ππ
The WOO Splinterlands promotional tournaments alternate weekly between the Bronze and Silver Leagues.
It takes place every Saturday (depending on your Timezone) and has an entry fee of just 1 DEC! Yup, you heard right. 1 DEC means the entry is practically free of charge! That means there's literally no reason not to take part at all π. There is zero risk involved and all you got to do is show up and have fun, and who knows? You might even perform well enough to take home some great prizes! π₯³
π€ΌββοΈπWOO Splinterlands Tournamentππ€ΌββοΈ
With all that being said, here's a quick overview of my battles and results for last week's WOO SATURDAY SLAM tournament. βοΈπ‘οΈ
The battle for 1st place was almost as competitive as the one held almost a month ago! We had 3 players tied for 1st place with all of them achieving a perfect 14-0 score! Talk about a photo finish indeed! Tie breaker points had to unfortunately come into play in order to split everyone apart. π±π
As competitive as it was (even further down the ranks), I still managed to squeeze into contention for a small consolation prize with an 18th place finish. I was slightly disappointed I only scored 11-3, but even if I had gotten 1 more win, the consolation prize would have still been the same. So, that's still some small comfort I guess?

Here's a quick preview of all the battles I fought en route to my final placing. Great battles from all my worthy opponents, it was an honour fighting against you. π Whether it's a win or loss, I take every battle as a learning experience - especially more so for any really close fights. π
(Once again, there were quite a number of "no-shows" this time round, literally gifting me with "free" wins. Not that I'm complaining though π€£, a win is a win! π)
