Descent
I took a rope, a torch, and a little courage. The stairs breathed cold air up into my face. I went down anyway. This is a plain account of what happened.
I started in the northeast corner of a small 8×8 grid and felt my way by walls and drafts. Luck showed early: a small purse with 2 coin. The place charged its fee just as quickly: a wire sang and I lost 1 HP.
Discoveries
I found a few useful things:
