In some of my last few posts i talked about a couple of the gimmick matches that will be coming to WOO after initial launch (Dog Collar Matches & First Blood Matches). In today's article i will be talking about Hardcore Matches.
With Hardcore Matches the difference to a standard match will be that each wrestler will do twice the their normal damage i.e. if a wrestler has 1 damage then they will do 2 damage each time they connect or4 damage on their finisher provided resistance isn't a factor.
For this type of match the damage stat for each wrestler will arguably be the most important, but speed and health will still obviously play a factor.
As with the last 2 gimmick match types, there are some clear standout wrestlers that will benefit in the Hardcore match scenario due to them having a higher damage stat and also having a decent health pool and average speed. I will talk about best options at Level 1 and max level for each division below.
Male: Level 1 - Raven (is it a coincidence he's going to excel in hardcore matches, i think not)
Max Level - Mad Mike (Raven will also still be really strong)
Female: Level 1 - Ida Mae/Akemi Ishi Max Level - Lexi Lawless
