Last night’s Raw was very captivating and I must admit it made me pretty excited. Let's discuss what happened in a couple of blogs.
Jey Uso kicked things off and you know, he’s got that championship match in his mind like nothing else. He has one goal, which is to prove himself to the world. Suddenly, Damian Priest appeared out of nowhere; man this guy is top notch in confidence! You know he is the current World Heavyweight champ so a little bit of swagger comes with it right?
Things went south when JD McDonagh decided to intrude on the fun. JD tried taking out Jey, and in Jey's defense he ended up hitting Damian instead.
Oops!
It was obvious that Jey felt sorry for what had just happened but you could tell Damian wasn’t pleased either.
Damian later felt very angry with JD. Just like that, he didn’t even bother to ask for help and then messes up in a big way, as if he wants to be a big shot and does not understand how much of a failure he is becoming.
Furthermore, Dirty Dom dropped the bombshell; Santos Escobar will replace him in a tag match against Andrade & Ricochet. That was unexpected!
On the other hand, Andrade is out here saying he is the biggest problem for Judgment Day. He didn’t join them cause they’d use him.
So the tag match took place and JD and Santos lose eventually. They had their moments but in the end they couldn’t win it. Probably not something that sat too well with JD since he took the pin, plus messed up earlier on.
The crew is clearly in a state of tension with Rhea out of the equation. Probably this is an attempt to stir things up.
So perhaps the moment for new things has come and this could be the beginning of what’s next.
Last night’s Raw was dramatic and full of surprises. I am really eager to know what happens next especially with that six man tag match looming. It will definitely be intriguing watching all these events unfold..
