¡Faltan 3 días para la tercera edición de los Hive Creators Awards!
Aún recuerdo cuando el año pasado asistí de manera random a la segunda edición de estos premios creados por hivers para hivers y, digo de manera random porque en ese entonces era relativamente nueva en Hive, no conocía a casi nadie, pero vi este evento virtual como una buena oportunidad para empezar a socializar y la verdad es que la pase genial, es bonito ver a quienes hacen un gran trabajo con su contenido ser reconocidos por eso. Aquella vez solo asistí, no vote, como dije, era un pichón, por lo que no tenía mucho conocimiento acerca del evento, ahora todo es distinto, ya llevo camino recorrido y debo decir que me emociona mucho poder votar en esta ocasión.
El sistema de votación es sencillo, solo debemos ingresar a la página web creada especialmente para la premiación👉 https://hiveawards.hivecreators.co/, iniciar sesión con nuestro hive user utilizando la extensión/aplicación "Hive Keychain" y a partir de ahí se nos mostrará el menú para escribir los nombres de los usuarios a los que queremos nominar en diferentes categorías (podemos escoger máximo 3 en cada categoría), las cuales son 16 para ser exactos excluyendo las categorías "mejor aplicación para la creación de contenido", "mejor aplicación para NFTs" y "mejor comunidad de Telegram/Discord", ya que el sistema de votación para esas categorías es por otros medios (X para las comunidades e InLeo para las Dapps).
Ya mencioné que me emociona mucho poder votar en esta oportunidad, ya que en la anterior ni idea de nada, pienso es enriquecedor contribuir en el reconocimiento de otras personas, ahora, para mí el votar no es algo que me tomo a la ligera, tengo un buen razonamiento detrás de mis elecciones... En Hive habemos demasiados creadores de contenido que hacemos un gran trabajo a la hora de crear nuestros posts escritos o videos, talento hay de sobra, así que escoger no es nada fácil, sin embargo, hay ciertos creadores que se destacan debido a que son constantes y tienen un nicho determinado, son fáciles de identificar porque ya sabemos cuál es exactamente el tipo de contenido que crean, se nota el gusto por lo que hacen y es a ellos a quienes daré mi voto, enfocándome en la constancia, calidad y nicho. Si por mí fuera, voto por 3000 hivers, pero se tiene que hacer lo que se tiene que hacer, en este caso, hay que escoger.

Espero de corazón ver a mis nominados mínimo quedando entre los seleccionados y, si ganan a la hora de la premiación, ¡pues mejor!, aunque, incluso si no ganan, el talento ya es suyo, pero sé que pueden ganar porque estoy consciente de que no soy la única que les tiene el ojo puesto y apuesta por ellos. ¿Les suena una tal cec...?, o ¿una tal mar...?, ¿tal vez franc...? ¡Aja! No dire nada, pero después de la premiación si les cuento por quién vote y el porqué. ¿Ustedes ya votaron por sus favoritos?, si no lo han hecho, ¿qué esperan para hacerlo?, incluso si por alguna razón no votan, sería genial que asistan.

The third edition of the Hive Creators Awards is 3 days away!
I still remember when last year I randomly attended the second edition of these awards created by hivers for hivers and I say randomly because at that time I was relatively new to Hive, I knew almost no one, but I saw this virtual event as a good opportunity to start socializing and the truth is that I had a great time, it's nice to see those who do a great job with their content being recognized for it. That time I only attended, I didn't vote, as I said, I was a pigeon, so I didn't have much knowledge about the event, now everything is different, I have already come a long way and I must say that I'm very excited to vote this time.
The voting system is pretty simple, we just have to enter the web site created especially for the awards 👉 https://hiveawards.hivecreators.co/, login with our hive user using the extension/application "Hive Keychain" and from there we will be shown the menu to write the names of the users we want to nominate in different categories (we can choose maximum 3 in each category), which are 16 to be exact excluding the categories "best dapp for content creation", "best dapp for NFTs" and "best Telegram/Discord community", since the voting system for those categories is by other means (X for communities and InLeo for Dapps).
I already mentioned that I'm very excited to be able to vote in this opportunity, since in the previous one I had no idea about anything, I think it's enriching to contribute in the recognition of other people, now, for me voting is not something that I take lightly, I have a good reasoning behind my choices... In Hive we are too many content creators who do a great job when creating our written posts or videos, there is plenty of talent, so choosing is not easy, however, there are certain creators who stand out because they are consistent and have a particular niche, they are easy to identify because we already know what exactly is the type of content they create, you can see the enjoyment for what they do and they are the ones to whom I will give my vote, focusing on consistency, quality and niche. If it were up to me, I would vote for 3000 hivers, but one has to do what one has to do, in this case, one has to choose.

I sincerely hope to see my nominees among the shortlisted and if they win at the awards, it would be even better!, although, even if they don't win, talent is already theirs, but I know they can win because I'm aware that I'm not the only one who has an eye on them and bets on them.
