Wow this is amazing! I also have this new habit to pick some leftover stems and replant them. Aiya was just having kangkung the other day but I did not think of replanting them until I came across your post. Thank you for the brilliant idea!

We seldom have kangkung. These kangkung were given to us by my mother in law's friend. I thought since it has roots why not I try to plant them. I never expect they would grow this well. One of the tip is choose those bigger and older stems with lots of roots. They have better chance of surviving. And they need lots of water too.
