Oh no! I'm so sorry that happened to you, @elizacheng. That happened to a friend of mine as well. If you only do one or two, it's not a problem, but you can really get burned if you handle a lot of hot peppers and their seeds. If you wear gloves, you can prevent it next time. I hope your hands heal up just fine!

Ya, 5 hours later my hands felt much better after soaking into milk and cold water. Then today (24 hours later) my hands are as good as new... π
