La edad, con el paso de los años, nos proporciona una experiencia invaluable; pues, «el arriba y el abajo» o «el a la derecha y a la izquierda», pierde el significado que, desde niños, no los han querido implantar “el bien, lo mejor está siempre arriba”, pero abajo, también hay oportunidades como a la derecha o a la izquierda.
Detrás del visor, el autor de la foto “@lanzjoseg”, nos proporciona una rica imagen llena de variantes. Cada peldaño podría significar un objetivo logrado. Cada tramo está compuesto por catorce (14) peldaños, pueden observarse tres descansos y en total cincuenta y cuatro (54) escalones o etapas de toda una vida.
Al pie de la escalera, tres generaciones que pudieran simbolizar «el pasado -el viejo-, el presente -la joven- y el futuro -el niño-». Los tres inmersos en un presente con futuro incierto. El niño con su ingenuidad juega o espera; la joven llena de expectativas y sueños por cumplir. El viejo, esperando el ocaso vistiendo de traje, ya él ha conquistado sus triunfos, ha vivido sus etapas, ha subido y bajado tantas veces esas escaleras que le importa un comino si conducen o no nuevas y mejores oportunidades.
El tiempo lo inventó el hombre en la antigüedad para controlar, para medir etapas, para poder hacer un registro de la historia. Cuesta subir una escalera, a todos nos cansa, pero a muchos también nos cuesta bajarlas. El sol pega en lo alto de la escalinata, no por ello abajo se ventile oscuridad; si estás allá arriba, tus oportunidades podrían estar aquí abajo.
A dos días para dejar atrás el 2023, para unos, marca un fin, para otros un comienzo… Pero igual, la vida continua, seguiremos comiendo, durmiendo, compartiendo, trabajando, estudiando o procrastinando. Unos nacerán y otros morirán. Unos seguirán frente a una pantalla esperando un milagro sin esfuerzo, otros se esforzarán más labrando, quizá, un mejor destino. Veremos nuevas caras en HIVE, quizá otras cuentas queden en el olvido; otros seguiremos interpretando imágenes, participando en las distintas actividades en las cuales nos destacamos; una publicación aquí, otra por allá… En la recta final, quién de nosotros veremos el sol salir tal día como hoy a finales del 2024.
La vida es un instante, es ese presente marcado por un segundo, «más tarde» no existe, pero se pueden tomar medidas en «el ahora» para que ese futuro sea como nos lo proponemos, ¡eh!, allí, las oportunidades, sea de subida o de bajada.
Felices fiestas para todos, que el año 2024 marque un verdadero sendero de oportunidades para cada uno de nosotros ⇾ oportunidades llenas de bendiciones ⇾ bendiciones llenas de salud, abundancia y prosperidad.

Time was invented by man in ancient times to control, to measure stages, to be able to keep a record of history. It is hard to climb a staircase, we all get tired of it, but many of us also find it hard to go down them. The sun beats down at the top of the staircase, but that doesn't mean it's dark down below; if you're up there, your chances could be down here.
Two days away from leaving 2023 behind, for some, it marks an end, for others a beginning... But life goes on anyway, we will continue to eat, sleep, share, work, study or procrastinate. Some will be born and others will die. Some will continue in front of a screen waiting for a miracle without effort, others will try harder, perhaps carving out a better destiny. We will see new faces in HIVE, perhaps other accounts will be forgotten; others will continue interpreting images, participating in the different activities in which we excel; a publication here, another one there… In the final stretch, which of us will see the sun rise on a day like today at the end of 2024.
Life is an instant, it is that present marked by a second, “later” does not exist, but measures can be taken in “the now” so that this future is as we intend it to be, hey, there, the opportunities, whether up or down.

Bonita historia desde el punto de haber sido extraída de una imagen. Esto me recordó cuando vivía en Caracas, las escaleras Del Calvario. Me intrigó saber el cálculo de los escalones y que hayas identificado los tiempos con los tres personajes de la foto. Bien hecho.
