Al observar la imagen me animé de inmediato, pues es sobre mi pasión la repostería, un oficio que realizó hace algunos años y lo disfruto al máximo. Las tortas de chocolate con fresas, son la mejor combinación, todas las tortas que realizó tienen presente el chocolate, pues es un ingrediente predilecto para niños y adultos. El chocolate es útil para rellenar y decorar, yo uso para hacer las tortas marmoleadas que es una combinación de choco-vainilla y son las que más hago para vender.

Cuando entró a la cocina mi mente cambia, pues dejo volar mi imaginación y agradar a todos los que degustan mis postres, pues no solo tortas o pasteles, además realizó galletas de diferentes tipos, donas, panes, todo lo que puedan imaginar que se pueda hacer con harina de trigo. Todos los miembros de mi familia piden sus tortas cada año según sea su deseo, pronto realizaré la de mi hijo menor y la quiere alusiva a su serie preferida Naruto, pero rellena de crema de chocolate 🍫🍫🍫 y mi mamá pidió la de este año con muchas fresas encima 🍓🍓🍓🍓 y rellena de crema pastelera, algo parecido a la de la imágen. Espero cumplirles sus deseos y ponerle dedicación para que queden fascinados como todos los años.
