Ver los triunfos de Yulimar Rojas es pensar en la historia que hay detrás de sus triunfos que quizás solo ven los que quieren ver.
Sus inicios estuvieron llenos de muchos sueños y fe en lo que esta joven visualizaba en su mente. Escuchar su historia de donde viene, como comenzó en el mundo del atletismo la forma como ella lo recuerda no hay ni el más mínimo rencor en sus raíces.
Siempre trabajó muy duro como lo sigue haciendo, su norte siempre ha sido la disciplina, organización. Tiene una mente que sabe muy bien lo que quiere. Siempre con disciplina como lo dijo una vez es mi imagen ante el mundo.
Es un ejemplo no solo para los más jóvenes, considero que para todas las edades, una vez escuchaba una de las tantas entrevistas que le hicieron y contaba con ese humor de cómo llegó a la escuela de atletismo, la persona que en ese momento la trató mal por las palabras que le dijo no se minimizó ante su trabajo y continuó. Él, cuando vio sus triunfos le pidió disculpas por aquél momento que no confió en ella.
De parte de este entrenador fue muy valiente en aceptar que se equivocó y ella por supuesto aceptó sus disculpas.
Yulimar Rojas sigue trabajando en su sueño, aunque ya ha logrado muchos por el entusiasmo que ha mantenido. Su horizonte lo tiene establecido y estar preparada para cuando llegue el momento de su retiro.
Es una gloria deportiva del estado Anzoátegui, Venezuela y el mundo entero. Una historia, una leyenda que no podemos permitir que se nos olvide; como logró sus triunfos y por qué está en lugar donde se encuentra.
