El mango, que fruta más sabrosa y deliciosa, me encanta.
Les cuento que en mi casa, en Soledad hay bastante mata de mango, hay el mango burrero y el mango dudo, cuando es cosecha o tiempo de carga, esas matas se ponen cargaditas, que los vecinos van en la mañana a buscar mango, porque de verdad el patio amanece muy lleno de mango, hay como 6 matas de mangos y todas cargan.
La gran cantidad de hojas que amaneces, es horrible, pero es sabroso estar bajos las sombras de este árbol, porque allí nos sentamos a pasar el día y se cuelgan Chinchorro, se juegan domino y todo fino reunido bajo las matas de mango.
De esta fruta se hace carato y jalea, también muchas personas se comen el mango verde con sal y vinagre, otras personas le echan adobo.
Siempre hay personas que recogen o tumban mango verde los pelan y venden en la calle. Me acuérdate cuando, yo estudiaba en el Tigre y teníamos hambre no íbamos para las matas de mango que había en la parte de atrás del Tecnológico, allí pasábamos el mediodía varios estudiantes comiendo mango.
Particularmente, me gusta el mango pero me hace mucho daño, cada vez que como un mango, se me sube la presión, tengo que estar pendiente cuando me como un mango o tomo el carato, tanto que me gusta y me hace daño.
