Hola a todos, espero estén pasando un excelente día, por acá me encuentro nuevamente escribiendo para ustedes, esta vez participando en este lindo concurso que nos trae el Prof. @lanzjoseg, que desde hace mucho tiempo nos tiene acostumbrado con su contagiosa dinámica a entrar y participar a sus concursos a través de la comunidad #TopFiveFamily, en esta oportunidad es el de observa, Piensa y escribe, que de seguro nos nutren y nos enriquecen en conocimiento.
Es una imagen para deleitarse y hasta para chuparse los dedos, pues el postre de chocolate, pero con bastante cacao, es uno de mis preferidos y si es de la marca savoy de la Nestlé, aún más, como buen venezolano, les digo que es una delicia para grandes y chicos.
Es un postre para deleitar en cualquier época del año, pues en mi tierra lo comemos, en Carnaval, Semana Santa, en la fiesta de San Juan, en las vacaciones de los chicos, en las Navidades y hasta en el año nuevo, es por ello que les aseguro que es uno de los postres preferidos de muchísima gente, a nivel mundial.
Tanto así, que mi suegra desde hace muchos años, en vista que sus nietos comenzaron a crecer y ve lo que le gustan los postres, se metió de lleno con eso y comenzó a realizar cursos de repostería, pero se perfeccionó tanto que todos los fines de semana ella hacia sus ricos tantos de chocolate, fresa, durazno entre otras y todos nos íbamos al malecón de la ciudad para ayudarla a vender sus ricos postres y con eso ella se sustentaba, pero cuando de fiesta se trataba, es decir, de que alguno de sus nietos estaba de cumpleaños, ellos gritaban sin cesar queremos postres, pero del de la receta de la abuela, era como un coro, una melodía, que al unísono llegaba al oído de mi querida suegra y no se podía resistir hasta que tenía que hacerles su rico postre de chocolate.
Los chicos son una bendición, muchas veces los adultos siempre los estamos complaciendo en todo lo que este a nuestro alcance, pero los abuelos son los alcahuetes de ellos, cada vez que uno los reprende salen corriendo hasta donde sus abuelos, para que los consientan y mi querida suegra no es la excepción, los quiere los adora y siempre está allí para ellos, con sus ricos postres, no más ayer estaban en casa haciendo un postre porque su nieto le quería hacer una torta a la novia y ella como toda la vida le ha gustado hacer esas ricas tortas, allí estaban divirtiéndose en la cocina de la casa, realizando esa delicia.
Son muchos los años probando la receta de la abuela, pero nunca nos cansamos de comerlas y de degustarla, es algo que nuestro paladar siempre pide a gritos.

It is a dessert to be enjoyed at any time of the year, because in my country we eat it during Carnival, Easter, the feast of San Juan, the children's holidays, Christmas and even New Year, which is why I assure you that it is one of the favourite desserts of many people around the world.
So much so, that my mother-in-law, many years ago, as her grandchildren began to grow up and she saw how much they liked desserts, she got into it and began to take baking courses, but she perfected herself so much that every weekend she made her delicious chocolate, strawberry, peach and other desserts and we all went to the city's seafront to help her sell her delicious desserts and that was her livelihood, But when it was a party, that is, when one of her grandchildren had a birthday, they would shout incessantly for desserts, but from grandma's recipe, it was like a chorus, a melody, that in unison reached my dear mother-in-law's ear and she could not resist until she had to make them her rich chocolate dessert.
The kids are a blessing, many times we adults are always indulging them in everything we can, but the grandparents are their pimps, every time you reprimand them they run to their grandparents to be pampered and my dear mother-in-law is no exception, She loves them, adores them and is always there for them, with her delicious desserts, just yesterday they were at home making a dessert because her grandson wanted to make a cake for the bride and she, as she has always liked to make these delicious cakes, there they were having fun in the kitchen of the house, making this delicacy.
We have been trying grandma's recipe for many years, but we never get tired of eating and tasting it, it is something that our palate always cries out for.
