Rather than love, than money, than fame, give me truth.
Questions will come, and so will worry and unnecessary thoughts and drama when the truth gets its feet out in the face of a liar. There are people who grew up in a place or raised in a background where truth is pushed out the window and lies let in. To them, that may be the right way to live life and save themselves from any harm. When you look at it and try to understand them, you'd see how reasonable their points are.
However, to me, lying isn't the best way out because though as juicy it may sound, it won't fix things for long. Though truth hurts, it brings in more joy that would last forever.
So, if you are the type that truly knows what to do, why don't you do what you said you'll do instead of doing the opposite? Who are you trying to impress by saying something nice, but the closed doors say otherwise. Sadly, I have been fortunate to meet these people because they are the ones who are unfortunate to lose me at the end when I notice who they truly are.
I have met with people who lie through their teeth and act like the world is over for them. They stack up funds and beg others like money slaves that they are, and what they do best to me is serve as an inspiration because I will never live such a life. They serve as a strong inspiration because at the end of it all, life ends up biting them hard, and seeing this makes me never want to live such life.
And now to music, I believe there's a lot of truth to music, which is why it touches our soul whenever we listen to them. Music connects with our brain and heart at the same time, which is why it is magical. A beauty worth cuddling all night long.
Therefore, it's "about the damn time" you buckle up and not just listen because "truth hurts" but also the damn time to appreciate the truth you are told and work it out because there's a lot of ”juice” to it at the end. The fact remain that, no matter what truth set you free, even as somtime it look like lies look as the way out, but is certain tha it has consequences attached to it, and that is ths reason why one has to stand on the truth always just to be upright to defend any unseen circumstances
