I have have several participants join contests but never read the instructions. They found out about the contest but decided to skip reading the content of the contest post.

I know, this one doesn't have rules, just guidelines. To be discoverable the tag is more or less a must for the Q-Inspired community. But in the end, nothing is mandatory :) One of the reasons why this challenge is called: challenge not challenge, it's just not a traditional challenge {LOL}
