I thought I was the only one on this space hahaha

Great thumbnail pic! And I remember Jewel, soft pop with a great Voice. Does she still do music?

Thanks, and yes She does, but she does a lot stuff but what I like best is that she did a follow up album on that amazing first album in 2015 https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEA1mkT0jXETYhK-3Hr7aYMcoQrsxry0-

I would have guessed Suede was an older band. They just have that older feel to them for me. As much as I love 80's Madonna, the 90's were quite good to her as well. Take A Bow is one of my most favorite Madonna songs of all time.

My guilty pleasure is her Evita album but dont tell anyone!! I liked their first album but really got trapped by the second, but I guess they have a bit of the Smiths what gives them a little older feel

Yeah, I guess that's what it probably is.

I’m not a huge fan but I actually like this tune from 2005. DJ used to play at a club I bar tended at often.

Nice! I covered 1995 again this week! https://peakd.com/thealliance/@geneeverett/nineties-friday-1995-talk-and-tunes-on-our-road-from-1990-to-2000

Great minds think alike πŸ˜ƒπŸŽΈ

Speaking of smashing Pumpkins and Slowdive u like My Bloody Valentine?

A shoegaze group who came before Smashing Pumpkins and were probably the band that influenced that scene the most but as usual the early bands get unnoticed. Kinda like how the Pixies didn’t get mainstream success in the early nineties but Nirvana did.

My Bloody Valentine is on my radar but never fully dived in, Pixies definitely on my radar even Franks solo work is appreciated !PIMP
