They are products from the farm, have been processed.
They are fruits and vegetables that are soaked in water with spices according to each person's preferences. The main ingredients in the water are salt and chili.

Interesting. I though will be soak in vinegar for some.
You are right, in some cases we use vinegar, but this is personal preference, there are vinegar alternatives 🤗
